Mark Marais : Managing Director

Originally from Zimbabwe, Mark has a love for the outdoors, wildlife and foreign cultures which prompted him to start his own travel company. Whilst enjoying seeing the company grow Mark is keen to maintain the high level of friendliness and personal service that has made so many clients become 'friends'. His only regret is that his golf game doesn't do justice to the world class courses he has been lucky enough to play! Mark is the proud father of Louise and Emily, both girls are now well seasoned travellers and are getting into golf.

Jen Harrison : Office Manager

Having vast experience in travelling worldwide, Jen carries her passion for travel into planning and organising your holidays. Jen loves to share her knowledge of a holiday resort to ensure she finds the right one for you. Since her backpacking days are long gone, Jen dream is to win the lottery so she can travel the world in style!

Stuart Thompson : Senior Sales Consultant

Before joining Chaka Travel, Stuart spent 15 years working in different sectors within the travel industry where he enjoyed visiting numerous countries including Dubai, Singapore, Thailand as well as North America and the Caribbean. He is a keen sportsman and gets in a round of golf whenever he gets a chance, he has played in Dubai, Cyprus as well as Mauritius and Seychelles since joining Chaka Travel. He is the proud father of Ben and Lucie.

Gerard Watson : Senior Sales Consultant

"I have been lucky enough to have travelled to some wonderful places throughout the world, South Africa, Bermuda and Mexico are some of my favorites'. I love nothing more than sharing my knowledge with our customers and putting together a memorable holiday for them that they will remember for years to come. Apart from travelling my other interests are keeping fit and hitting a ball around a golf course which I must admit is a struggle sometimes! I play my golf at Holywood County Down where Rory McIlroy hails from. I love working at Chaka Travel because everything we do has our customers at heart.
