Hi Mark, We just wanted to say a big thank you for organising our honeymoon in Mauritius. We had a fantastic time. The Belle Mare Plage Hotel is truly stunning! Couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were very friendly and the food excellent every day. There was so much attention to detail - flowers in the room, in the bathroom, etc. We were even given slippers, a traditional t-shirt and a sarong. Champagne and canapes in the room was a nice touch, including our flower arrangement. Anyway, thanks once again for organising this truly wonderful experience!

H&I W, Honeymoon at the Belle Mare Plage

Hi Stuart, We have now arrived back to a cold, wet Scotland after our marvelous holiday at Belle Mare Plage. Imagine our delight on arrival to be advised that we had been given a free update to Villa accommodation complete with Butler (Villa Master). We were welcomed by the Senior Manager responsible for the Villas and several of his staff, what a wonderful surprise, we were flabbergasted, it took our trip into the realms of fantasy. I don’t know if you had any input to that but if so then thank you very much indeed. The Island is very beautiful and the people friendly, the resort is superb and the accommodation magnificent, our Butler, Jogoo was a treasure and nothing was too much trouble, now we know how the rich and famous feel. All of the Staff we encountered went to extremes to be helpful, courteous and friendly. The golf courses were very challenging but great to play again the Staff very friendly and helpful and as for Le Touessrok golf course at Ile Aux Cerfs, we thought we’d died and gone to Heaven. A truly wonderful holiday which will be extremely difficult to top, thank you to you and your colleagues at Chaka for all your help, there wasnnt the slightest glitch anywhere!!!

I just wanted to email to say a big thank you to Chaka Travel. Guy & I got back from our honeymoon at The Heritage in Mauritius on Saturday and we had a fantastic time. Everything was just perfect and we want to thank Chaka Travel for doing such a superb job organising our honeymoon. It really was flawless. We were met at the airport and transferred to our hotel very smoothly. The Heritage is a wonderful resort - the staff were incredibly friendly and we felt completely spoilt & relaxed. We had the most fabulous time and really enjoyed the Heritage. It was a brilliant recommendation and the resort was better than we could have imagined! Everything was just amazing, from the staff, to the beautiful resort, pools, beach, the food was incredible and the whole island just beautiful. A perfect honeymoon destination. Mauritours were there to look after any needs we had and we all arrangements were in place to transfer us back to the airport. We have absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend The Heritage and Chaka Travel. Once again, thank you so much to Chaka Travel for making our honeymoon a dream come true.

Hi Mark, Christine and I would like to say thanks to yourself and Sophie for arranging our holiday and honeymoon. Everything we asked of you and the Heritage was delivered...and more! There are two ladies in my office who are planning to get married next year in Mauritius and IIve already recommended both the Heritage and Chaka Travel to them! I am trying to be brief but I have so many good things to say about the Heritage. The resort itself is fantastic, we loved the spa, all the architecture is amazing and the water theme throughout is perfect. The restaurant manager, Vinay was amazing in preparing our wedding meal. He cooked us a 6 course dinner which wasnnt on the menu (There were 8 in our wedding party and he cooked a different menu for each of us and hand wrote the dishes onto a tropical leaf for each guest which we now have framed in our kitchen!). I have never experienced service like it either. Even in the buffet restaurant we couldnnt even carry our plates back to the table, the waiters insisted on doing this as were on holiday!! All the staff seemed to know us by name too, the attention to detail was superb! The wedding co-ordinators were exceptional, we couldnnt have asked for better service and we complimented both of them to Wendy, their manager. They did EVERYTHING for us! Mark, I loved the course! I played a round with Jerry, one of the proos which was nice. We werennt keeping a score card but I think I actually beat him off scratch! (I play off 7) And finally I wanted to mention a trip to Tamarin Bay where we were accompanied by a pod of dolphins! This was a superb experience filming the dolphins from close range! We moved onto a spot where we were supplied with masks and snorkels and we swam by the reef seeing the tropical fish. Finally they took us to a tiny remote island near Le Morne (only coconut trees on it) where they cooked us a superb bbq on the beach and we had wine, beer and soft drinks. As they were told it was our wedding too they gave Christine a beautiful bouquet of flowers! Thanks again to you and Sophie

Thanks also for the advice on Air Mauritius which was great, the service was really good. I actually think the food was better than BA club class, we would definitely travel with them again. Fantastic Holiday!Dear Mark and Sophie, Just to say an enormous thank you for organising the most amazing holiday for us! It truly was the holiday of a life time! Everything went like clockwork, from check in to arrival. The staff on the airline were wonderful to the children and treated us all so well. Congratulations to you all for that! Our accommodation at the Belle Mare Plage Golf and Spa Resort was superb. We were treated so well and made to feel so special from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were just as we saw in the brochure and we had the added bonus of having an ocean view. The food was amazing and of the highest standard for the entire length of our stay. Staff are courteous and polite and looked after the children so well. They felt very safe and loved every minute of their stay. The golf was brilliant. Again the staff including the caddies exceeded our expectations. The courses were immaculate and a delight to play. The whole package was fantastic and we could not have wished for better. Thank you to all for making it such a memorable experience for us all. We will definitely be going back and of course will be using your wonderful company again, and will be recommending you to all our friends and golfing colleagues. The Moroccan people we met were very friendly and most we met spoke passable English, the caddies ranged greatly in standard but all were equally friendly and willing. All in all we can highly recommend Morocco to those who are looking to visit a charming country, steeped in history and tradition and with great golf courses and amazing sites.

Hi, I wanted to thank you so much for organising (and hand-holding) us on our trip to South Africa last November. The holiday was absolutely awesome. We did so much and learnt so much and I’ve fallen in love with the country! We did the whale and dolphin watching. Jason did the highest bungee jump, we stroked the cheetahhs at Spier, met some lovely people in Wilderness, did the monkey world visit and the elephant sanctuary, saw the penguins and did some wine tastingg.. Your advice and info was spot on, so thanks again.

Hi, We had the greatest holiday ever, and it was seamless from start to finish. Your arrangements were spot on and we had the upgrade at Belle Mare Plage, and even upgraded at Steenberg without asking.Had a cake specially for my birthday and the staff at both hotels were special, and made every minute enjoyable. It was great to see so many in Belle Mare who remembered us even after 3 years since our last visit. Loved Cape Town shame we had only 6 days there. After such a time it is a little deflating to return, but life goes on. Our thanks to you for patiently looking after us, and to Mark for his help.

All arrangements went according to plan and we were impressed with your ground agents who contacted us to make sure everything was O.K. during our trip. Each place we stayed was very special, Princes Grant - good food, beautiful rooms and a fantastic golf course. White Elephant Lodge - a real ’Out of Africa’ experience, 5* luxury service and food equaling any of the private reserves in the Kruger Park - one of Africa’s best kept secrets! Chilli Pepper Lodge - lovely themed suites with kitchen and private braai area, they even kill black mambas for you when they get into your bedroom! If any of your clients are looking for an ’away from it all’ holiday, I can thoroughly recommend all three places they all surpassed our expectations. Once again many thanks for your organisation from a very satisfied client.

Hi Mark, Back safe and sound after a truly wonderful holiday. The organisation overall was superb and all of your local representatives did us particularly proud, with personal service all the week. Everything went like clockwork from the Thai Airways flight from Heathrow back to Heathrow (a very good airline) - our congratulations to you all. The Golf Courses played were all very challenging, and the Caddies a great asset, our handicaps range from 8 - 20, and we were all happy with the set up of the courses for our abilities.
