We are aware that you may be concerned with the protection of the money you pay when booking a holiday. Here we describe the protection we have put in place to safeguard your interests. We do not accept payment by credit card over the internet. On booking you will be sent an invoice by post and you will have the choice of paying by cheque or bank draft by post or by credit card over the telephone.

ATOL protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 9422. ABTA: Why we are not members of ABTA
We are not members of ABTA as we are tour operators and not travel agents, the difference is that travel agents buy holidays from a third party whilst we as Tour Operators deal direct with hotels, airlines etc. All ABTA members have to buy from ATOL holders as this means the holiday has financial protection.

Tour Operators Liability Insurance

In accordance with EC directive 90/314 we are liable for your health and safety on holiday and as such we have a suitable tour operators liability insurance policy in place, we will provide full details of this on request.
