Golf courses in the Kruger region of South Africa The Kruger Park area is unique to South Africa, offering golfers the opportunity of sharing the golf course with wild animals. Try and play a delicate chip under the gaze of a giraffe and after herding a group of feeding warthog off the tee-box, try and concentrate on your drive. Golf in the Kruger Park area is as unique as it is exciting. Designed by Gary Player, the Leopard Creek Golf Course is a masterpiece. Access is by preferred operators only and although the green fee is the highest in the country, you will leave the course with nothing but admiration for one of Players best designs.

Accommodation in Kruger Park Area

Everyone that visits South Africa should go on Safari. The world famous Kruger National Park offers world class game experiences and the accommodation selection is endless. Stay at the ultra deluxe Sabi Sabi or stay on the golf course at Hans Merensky. If your budget is better suited for rest camps then Kruger Park has its own accommodation but we recommend, for those wanting a true safari experience, a two night stay on one of the private game reserves.

A Cheetah in the Kruger National Park of South Africa The major attraction in this area is the wildlife that is abundant in the Kruger National Park and the surrounding private game reserves. Here you will have the opportunity to self drive or be guided by experienced rangers into the park in search of the ‘Big Five’ – lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo and elephant. All game drives are carried out in open aired vehicles but for an added excitement we recommend a guided walk tracking one of the ‘Big Five’.

Hi, I wanted to thank you so much for organising (and hand-holding) us on our trip to South Africa last November. The holiday was absolutely awesome. We did so much and learnt so much and I’ve fallen in love with the country! We did the whale and dolphin watching. Jason did the highest bungee jump, we stroked the cheetahhs at Spier, met some lovely people in Wilderness, did the monkey world visit and the elephant sanctuary, saw the penguins and did some wine tastingg.. Hi, We had the greatest holiday ever, and it was seamless from start to finish. Your arrangements were spot on and we had the upgrade at Belle Mare Plage, and even upgraded at Steenberg without asking.Had a cake specially for my birthday and the staff at both hotels were special, and made every minute enjoyable. It was great to see so many in Belle Mare who remembered us even after 3 years since our last visit. Loved Cape Town shame we had only 6 days there. After such a time it is a little deflating to return, but life goes on. Our thanks to you for patiently looking after us, and to Mark for his help.

Each place we stayed was very special, Princes Grant - good food, beautiful rooms and a fantastic golf course. White Elephant Lodge - a real ’Out of Africa’ experience, 5* luxury service and food equaling any of the private reserves in the Kruger Park - one of Africa’s best kept secrets! Chilli Pepper Lodge - lovely themed suites with kitchen and private braai area, they even kill black mambas for you when they get into your bedroom! If any of your clients are looking for an ’away from it all’ holiday, I can thoroughly recommend all three places they all surpassed our expectations.
