The Belle Mare offers 20 Villas of 375 to 525 sq.m (with 2 to 3 bedrooms). Some are beachfront offering a stunning view
of the sparkling sea. The Villas have a spacious airy feel with a well designed layout and a private heated pool. The bedrooms
are all large with en suite facilities and separate dressing area. As such they are suitable for couples to share.
Your villa is attended by a Villa Master who will act as your personal concierge. The Villa Master will do as much or
as little as you require, from making restaurant reservations, booking golf, collection or delivery of laundry to serving
afternoon tea in the gazebo overlooking the pool! He can arrange a private barbecue for a special evening with friends,
a theme dinner or a lunch at your villa after your game of golf. Your wish is his command! The Villa Master will respect
your privacy and remain at your disposal from the day of your arrival to your departure.
The landscaping around the Villas is a charming mix of small lakes, fragrant frangipani and coconut groves. The villas
are located at the northern end of the resort leading onto a quierea of the beach.
Having stayed in a villa we feel that this is the perfect accommodation for either families, or two or three couples.
Whilst staying in the Villas you can still enjoy all the facilities of the resort – the best of both worlds. The Villas are
exceptional value from May to October particularly if shared by 2 or 3 couples.
PRESIDENTIAL VILLA
Directly located on the beach, with private access, the Presidential villa comprises of 3 bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area, terrace and private heated pool with a deck and a pavilion overlooking the pool and the sea. Fully equipped kitchen exclusively for the villa.

- The bedrooms comprise of en-suite bathrooms with shower/bath/WC and double vanities, and are equipped with satellite TV/DVD and CD player.
- Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor of which one has a large separate sitting area with pool/sea view; one bedroom on the first floor.
Two Villa masters are permanently at the service of the guests during their stay. With full use of the resort’s bars,
restaurants, spa and other facilities, the presidential villa is simply stunning!
