Reminiscent of traditional links courses typically found in the British Isles, these 18 holes wind through the interior of Casa de Campo and offer spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the Resort grounds. And even though The Links course might not be right beside the ocean, there’s still plenty of opportunities to go to the beach—no less than five holes feature water hazards. Rolling hills and ocean views offer a unique and fun golf experience.
Another Pete Dye creation, The Links was completely overhauled in 2012 to make it every bit as challenging as the other courses at Casa de Campo.
Our Comments
“On our final day we played our seventh game of golf in seven days on the Links course which doesn’t really get the praise it deserves as it’s overshadowed by the Teeth of the Dog and Dye Fore courses. As with the other two courses, this is a resort course with generous fairways and was in great condition.”
“There are several good par 3 holes and whilst there were not any spectacular holes like on so many of the other courses we played this week it’s a course I would happily return to play again and again.”
“It’s a little like a mix of the Links and the Legends at Belle Mare Plage resort in Mauritius with some lovely par 3’s over water and testing par 4’s.”
“As for my favourite hole this time has to be the 3rd it’s not the hardest par 4 you will ever play but with the out of bounds on both side of the fairway to a raised green it makes it a great hole where it’s either an easy par or a triple bogey.”
