Aphrodite Hills Resort is delighted to announce that the 18-hole Championship Golf Course has attained the highest standard recognition in Golf, the PGA National, Cyprus.

The course, designed to a world-class standard, is undergoing a €2.5m investment upgrade and complete modernisation including the reconstruction of greens and bunkers.

With a total length of 6,299 metres, a dedicated three-hole Golf Academy, large training facilities and a sumptuous Golf Clubhouse, this is placing the multi award-winning Aphrodite Hills Golf as the ‘must play’ golf course on a golf holiday to Cyprus.

This award-winning golf course, designed by the acclaimed golf architect Cabell Robinson, officially opened in 2002. Visually spectacular, the course expands through indigenous olive and carob trees over two mountain plateaux, separated by a dramatic ravine, offering outstanding views of the Mediterranean Sea and challenging golf shots.

The Secret Valley Golf Course, is a highly prestigious golf course located by the renowned area of Petra tou Romio, the legendary birthplace of Aphrodite, the Goddess of love.

It is set in a scenic valley surrounded by mature trees and beautiful natural rock formations and consistently appearing as the preferred course amongst the islands visiting players in terms of sheer playability and enjoyment.

Secret Valley Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course set in a specatular setting of mature trees with beautiful sculpted rock formations all around. The front 9 has 4 nice warm-up holes, two birdie opportunites and an easy dog-leg. The back nine is much more challenging.

The Elea Golf course, designed by Nick Faldo will be the focal point of the Elea Resort. The course winds its way through olive and carob trees, dramatic outcrops of weathered limestone – this course is designed for the thinking golfer rather that the big hitter, the various tees make this an excellent course that golfers of all abilities can enjoy.

The Minthis Hills (formerly knows as Tsada) golf club is set in the grounds of a 12th-century monastery which lies in a gentle picturesque valley, 550m above sea level. It offers superb variety as no 2 holes are the same & is suitable for players of all abilities.

The fairways are lined with thousands of trees & scattered with sand bunkers and the undulating greens have perfect putting surfaces. Practice facilities including driving range, 2 putting greens, a pitching/chipping area, practice bunkers. Golf clinics available; pro-shop. Elegant clubhouse with restaurant, bar, ladies and gents changing rooms with showers.

Tennis court and outdoor swimming pool available for after the game or non-golfers. Players without handicap certificate can play after 12 noon on request, according to availability.
